Logistics Notice – Fulfillment & Transit 

Our current shop division is operated by a single intern. So we have limited the shipping power to once/twice a week. Your patience is appreciated.

*PRE-ORDERS INFO* 
Pre-order items will be shipped in a few weeks to a month, as soon as the stock is received.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped only once the pre-order items arrive.
Please place your order with this waiting time in mind.

📦 Phase 1 – Preparation Period

Preparation time ≠ Shipping time.
Items are dispached once per week. 

If our team is busy chasing an entity or attending a convention, shipping time will resume once that canonical event ends.

🚚 Phase 2 – Estimated Transit Duration

Once marked "In Transit," expect the following approximate delivery windows:

  • Spain: 3-4 days
  • Continental Zones (Europe): 1-2 weeks
  • North Colonies (USA, Canada): 2-4 weeks
  • Other ~Far Away~ Territories: 2-4 weeks

Unforeseen disturbances—weather anomalies, dimensional rifts, or courier mishandling—may alter these numbers.

🔍 Shipment Classification Options

Standard (Untracked):

  • Lower cost
  • No tracking number
  • If lost or damaged in transit, we assume no liability

Standard with tracking:

  • Tracking number provided
  • If your package does not arrive after an extended period, a replacement will be sent only upon validation of non-delivery.

🛡️ Protective Measures in Packaging

Every order is prepared with extra care:

  • Prints: Secured in rigid containment-grade cardboard, reinforced with foam core
  • Small objects: Shipped in impact-resistant bubble envelopes
  • Heavier units: May be separated across multiple packages or encased in custom enclosures.

🧾 Customs Duties & Import Fees

Some nations impose VAT, handling tariffs, or biohazard inspection fees. These are:

  • Assessed by the destination territory
  • Solely the responsibility of the recipient

🚫 Returns & Reclamations

Due to the high cost of intercontinental artifact transit, returns are not accepted, except under exceptional, documented anomalies.

If your item arrives damaged you must contact us directly, so we can handle it.

📦 Returned Packages Protocol

Packages returned to our facility can be shipped again if you request re-shipment. After 2 months, unclaimed materials are reabsorbed into inventory and are prone to selling out.
